What we collect
- Names, dates of birth, phone, email, age proofs, photos and videos from matches.
How we store it
- Form submissions go to the trust's private Google Sheet, and age proofs to a private Google Drive folder that only the trust can open. Please upload a masked Aadhaar (only the last 4 digits visible).
Why
- Registration, age checks, fixtures, prize payments, publicity.
Minors
- Data for players under 18 is collected with a parent or guardian's consent.
Sharing
- With our media partner for telecast, with payment providers, and with Google, which stores our form data. We do not sell data.
Retention
- We keep registration data only as long as needed to run the championship and meet legal requirements. Request deletion at mdgullycricket@gmail.com.
